SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES

Australia:
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

New Zealand:
Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or peak shipping periods.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

At this time, we do not offer free shipping for orders over $100.

PRODUCT SOURCING & DISPATCH

Our products are manufactured in China and shipped to our Australian dispatch location before being sent to customers in Australia and New Zealand.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For New Zealand orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
